The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The Bar and night club is available and room service has options for the food and Alcohol. The Restaurants and cold stores are very near.
I have found that most of the customer were bachlors and there were night clubs that cannot be consider for a family Hotel. Its good and ideal for single and bachlors.

The staff were very helpfull, the rooms secure, and adequately maintained and serviced.Although I didnt like the location, it was one that is popular and is full of hotels, and all night venues. The first impression of sleaze, and all-night noise is deceptive, as once away from the lobby area the hotel is relatively quiete. Very impressed with the 24 hour reception team, who managed to organize me a room 6 hours before check-in time.
Was asked to pay in full in advance, so no point trying to find a better option once checked in, which I would have done as I didnt find the area to my taste, my version of "centrally located" meaning walking distance to the Bab Al Bahrain ( central souk), which it wasnt. Photos and descriptions of the venue were not in my opinion accurate, specifcally.... The advertised Pool/fitness area was closed for maintanance, with guests being able to use a nearby (ish) other hotel, but in 42 degree heat, and a society that does not welcome immodest dress, that is really not good enough. My room ( standard single) apparently had an Iron, a work desk, seating area, sofa, dressing room, kettle, tea/coffee facilities, none of which I observed in 5 days, hotel genreally very threadbare and needing renovation, awful bathroom, which would barely warrant a one-star rating, yet alone a three, no resemblance to photos, and the most appaling view of a back-alley between my rear-end room, and the building a few yards behind it was a very depressing sighht indeed. Avoid.

Good hotel at a reasonable rate per night, friendly staff, relaxed environment, nice music and live entertainments.

It was clean enough. If you're going to stay here because you don't want to drive home after a night of partying, it's a fine choice. But it is by no means a nice hotel.

This is a very basic hotel with old-fashioned, rather worn looking furniture and fittings. However, unlike many comparable hotels in the region, it is not a defacto brothel, and is quiet and peaceful at night. You are allowed to smoke in rooms, which for me was a big point in the hotel's favour. I am not sure if it actually has no-smoking rooms. The staff in this hotel are excellent, being friendly, helpful and pro- active. There is a good, fast and free wifi internet connection in all rooms which would make it suitable for business travellers who have to watch their budgets.
Whilst this hotel is clean enough, the furniture is generally rather old and tired looking, and the whole place could do with a bit of a face lift, replacing threadbare carpets, new coat of paint etc. Although the music in the bar is not so loud as to disturb people in their rooms, I would still have prefered it to have been a bit quieter in the bar itself, but quite possibly others would not feel this way.

A good bed and that was it.
Booked a room with credit card in advance and was told I could pay cash when I arrived. They took one night ont in advance after being told by e-mail they would let me pay the two days stay in cash, My first room the tv did not work or phone. The second roon the air con was horrilble and had to be fixed. They also charged me 10 extra dinars for letting a guest stay with me, but was told the previous day and not before hand.

all the facilities in the description were not available: no gym, no swimming pool, no internet. There was no hot water. The personnel was neither able to book for me a taxi and suggested me to go to the next cross to find one. absolutely not reccomended.

Friendly co operative staff.
I checked in late 1:00 am, & was rudely aroused at 6:00 am by continuous loud hammering sounds (Repairs & maintenance under progress!!) . After complaining thrice I was shifted to room 210 where it was comparatively peaceful but the carpet was smelly rendering the room with a peculiar musty disagreeable odor. Weak no pressure shower in the bathroom.
